Honor has finally confirmed the launch date for its new Honor 500 series. The company will unveil the series in China on November 24, 2025, at 7:30 PM ET. This is considered the next major update after the Honor 400 series, especially for users who want better cameras and longer battery life in a mid-range phone. Honor has made noticeable changes to both design and performance this time around.
Design and Build Quality
The Honor 500 series features a clean and modern design. The phones feature a horizontal camera layout that, at first glance, is reminiscent of the iPhone Air, but Honor has refined it in its own way. The entire rear panel features a crystal-like texture, using a cold-carving process with 96% light transmittance.
Color options will be available in Aquamarine, Starlight Pink, Obsidian Black, and Moonlight Silver.
Performance and Features
All models in the Honor 500 series will be powered by Snapdragon 8-series processors. The Honor 500 will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chip, while the Pro model will include the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Both phones feature large battery packs, ensuring long-lasting usage. Honor has also included Phantom Engine 3.0, which improves smoothness in gaming and multitasking.
