According to the report, this phone is expected to feature a battery exceeding 8000 mAh, larger than both the OnePlus 15 (7300 mAh) and Ace 6 (7800 mAh). This could be OnePlus's most powerful battery smartphone yet.
This new phone will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, a high-end chipset expected to launch later this year. It's said to offer slightly better performance than the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is used in premium smartphones like the OnePlus Ace 6.
Digital Chat Station reports that this phone will feature a 165 Hz flat display with a 1.5K resolution, providing a smooth and visually rich experience. While the phone's name or series placement hasn't been revealed yet, it's expected to be part of OnePlus' Ace series, which is known for its performance-focused phones in the Chinese market.
The company hasn't shared any official details about this phone yet, but leaks suggest it could launch by the end of this year. This will be OnePlus' first phone to feature such a large battery and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor.
Meanwhile, more details about this new phone, along with the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6, are expected to be revealed at the launch event on October 27th.
