The month of October is going to be a significant one in the smartphone market, as several flagship devices will be launched during this time. Nubia is also gearing up for its Z80 Ultra smartphone. Ahead of its launch, the device has appeared in Geekbench and 3C certification listings, revealing several key specifications.

According to the Geekbench database, the Nubia Z80 Ultra will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. This processor is currently considered one of the most powerful chips on the market. The phone is also confirmed to come with 16 GB of RAM and the Android 16 operating system out-of-the-box. In terms of benchmark scores, the phone achieved 3,669 single-core and 11,309 multi-core points.

According to the 3C certification, the device will come with a 94.5W charger, although reports suggest the Z80 Ultra will support 90W wired charging. In terms of battery capacity, it is expected to feature a large 7100 mAh battery, which should be sufficient for long-term use.

The design and display will be a key highlight of this phone. The Nubia Z80 Ultra is said to offer a true full-screen experience, featuring an under-display selfie camera. On the rear, the company has provided a triple camera setup, which could include a 50MP main camera with a 35mm lens, a 1/1.55-inch ultra-wide lens, and a periscope telephoto lens.
Among other flagships launching this month, such as the Honor Magic 8 series, OPPO Find X9, OnePlus 15, and iQOO 15, the Nubia Z80 Ultra could stand out with its full-screen design and large battery.
