Honor recently launched two flagship smartphones—the Honor Magic 8 and Magic 8 Pro—in China as part of its new Magic 8 series. Now, the company is preparing to add a new phone to this series,

the Honor Magic 8 Lite. Recently, the Honor Magic 8 Lite appeared on the Google Play Console and various other certification sites, unveiling some of its key specifications.

The Honor Magic 8 Lite's design appears to be as premium as its other models. The back panel features a circular camera module, which houses two camera lenses and an LED flash. According to the listing, the smartphone will come with a 6.79-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a flat panel design. The phone's dimensions are reported to be 161.9×76.1×7.76 mm,161.9×76.1×7.76 mm, and it weighs approximately 189 grams.


Speaking of the processor, the Honor Magic 8 Lite will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. This chipset balances both power efficiency and performance, making it a good choice in the mid-range segment. The company is expected to offer it in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants.

The camera setup will include a 108MP primary sensor and a 5MP ultra-wide lens, while a 16MP selfie camera will be available on the front. The phone may also feature an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

Speaking of the battery, the phone will be equipped with a 7,500 mAh battery. While charging speeds are not yet known, it is believed that the company will incorporate its own rapid charging technology.

Color Options: It may be launched in Midnight Black, Forest Green, and Sunrise Gold color variants.

The Honor Magic 8 Lite is currently listed for the global market, but there is no official confirmation regarding its availability in India. It is possible that its rebranded version may be launched in India with some other name.
