Vivo is going to launch its new X300 series very soon, and this time the company has focused the most on the camera. According to the latest information, Vivo X300 will have a 200MP super main camera developed in collaboration with Zeiss.

The company has prepared to present this camera with many custom technologies, which makes it look different from other 200MP camera phones.

Vivo X300 Main Camera—Four Big Features

  1. Custom Sensor—Vivo has upgraded Samsung’s ISOCELL HP9 to develop a new HPB sensor with a resolution of 1/1.4-inch and a focal length of 23mm. It can capture photos in 200MP Super-Clear and 50MP Ultra-Clear modes.
  2. Custom Coating—This camera has the same blue glass and Zeiss T coating, which was seen in the X200 Ultra. This reduces unwanted light flare and ghosting in the photo.
  3. Custom Module—A special lens module has been used to support the high-pixel sensor. It has CIPA 4.5-level image stabilization certification, which is better than many pro-level flagships.
  4. Custom Algorithm—Vivo has further strengthened its computing power so that even high-resolution images remain clear and detailed through multi-frame fusion.

Other camera specifications

The Vivo X300 will also feature a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP Sony IMX885 periscope telephoto camera along with the main camera. The telephoto sensor will come with features like 70 mm focal length, 3x optical zoom, and telephoto macro.

Launch and Expectations

The X300 series' camera setup further blurs the line between smartphones and professional cameras. Vivo has already created a buzz in the market with the telephoto camera of the X100 Ultra, and now the X300 will try to reach new levels with its main camera.
