Xiaomi has brought a big update for its users, which was being awaited for a long time. This update is Xiaomi HyperOS 3, which the company has officially introduced in China.
Initially it will be available only for select smartphones and tablets, but in the coming time it will be rolled out on other devices as well. This update can soon enter the global market, including India.
HyperOS 3—New design and smooth experience
The biggest change in HyperOS 3 is seen in its design and performance. Xiaomi has improved hundreds of animations at the system level, which has improved smoothness by about 19%.
The speed of app launch has increased by 21%, battery consumption is reduced during gaming, and frame rates are more stable than before.
Super Island—A New Way of Notification
The most special feature of this update is Super Island. Through this, notifications of up to three apps can be managed simultaneously. Users can convert the notification into a mini window by swiping and can reply or interact immediately. This feature makes multitasking easier.
Personalization and new features
HyperOS 3 has a new Cinematic Lock Screen, AI Dynamic Wallpapers, and better customization options. Now users can adjust the lock screen font, color, and album layout according to their preference.
Cross-device connectivity
Another big feature is Apple device integration. Now Xiaomi phones can be unlocked from MacBooks, phone screens can be mirrored on iPads, and notifications will also be synced with iPhones. Apart from this, many new features have also been added for tablets, wearables, and TVs.
Security and privacy
Xiaomi has also worked on security. HyperOS 3 has features like Quantum Encryption, offline device tracking, and two-factor authentication.
When will the update be available?
The company has said that the beta version of HyperOS 3 will first start in devices like the Xiaomi 15 series, the Redmi K80 Pro, and the Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro from August 29. Gradually it will be extended to other smartphones and tablets.
