Honor is preparing to launch its new smartphone series, the Honor 500 Series, in the near future. This series is expected to be offered in two variants—the Honor 500 and the Honor 500 Pro. According to the latest information, all models in this series will come with 80W fast charging support.

The company has maintained its camera-centric approach this time around, making this series expected to be a special one for photography lovers.
In terms of design, the Honor 500 series is codenamed Merry/MerryP. Prototypes of the phone have been spotted in black, silver, pink, and blue colors, giving it a premium and attractive look. It is expected that the company will further improve the mid-frame so that the phone feels light and balanced in the hand.
The Honor 500 Pro is expected to feature a 200-megapixel primary camera with a large 1/1.4-inch sensor. It could also be accompanied by a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. This clearly indicates the company is aiming to elevate the camera experience. Details of the ultra-wide camera are not yet available.
In terms of performance, both models are expected to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. This processor will provide a superior experience for high-performance users. In terms of display, both the Honor 500 and 500 Pro are expected to feature a 6.5-inch 1.5K resolution display, which will improve both visual quality and smoothness.
While the company hasn't confirmed a launch date, according to Digital Chat Station, the series could arrive in the market by December 2025.
