Nothing is preparing to launch its new smartphone, the Nothing Phone 3a Lite, in India. The phone was launched globally on October 29th, and now the company has released a "Coming Soon" teaser for India.
Nothing wrote on its Twitter handle, "Lite-ning is always accompanied by something more." This suggests that the phone may come with some additional surprises this time around.
The company also hinted in the teaser that the Phone 3a Lite will be available in both black and white color options in India. This is a new, affordable variant of the Nothing Phone 3a series, specifically designed for users who want a premium design and balanced performance.
Design and Display
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite's design is based on the company's signature look, but with a refreshing twist—the traditional Glyph interface is replaced with a new Glyph Light System, which provides a subtle glow for notification alerts. The phone features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ Flexible AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 3000 nits of peak brightness.
Performance and Storage
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Storage is expandable up to 2TB via microSD card.
Camera and Battery
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite features a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calling, it has a 16MP front camera.
It's powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 33 W fast charging and 5 W reverse charging support.
Software and Updates
This smartphone runs on Nothing OS 3.5, based on Android 16. The company promises 3 years of major updates and 6 years of security updates.
