Talking about the design, the Galaxy S26 Ultra features a slightly arc design with a flat screen. For the first time, the company has used an M14 OLED panel and CoE packaging technology. This makes the screen 12% thinner and 18% brighter. This 6.9-inch display features extremely thin bezels and a 93.2% screen-to-body ratio.
The camera setup is also different from the previous model. While the Galaxy S25 Ultra had an independent camera layout, the S26 Ultra features a raised camera island with three cameras placed in vertical alignment.
The fourth camera and LED flash are located outside the island. The main camera is 200MP, with an aperture increased from f/1.7 to f/1.4, allowing 40% more light to enter the sensor. It also features a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, which supports 5x optical zoom and 8K video recording.

Speaking of performance, it will feature the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition processor. Samsung's own Exynos 2600 variant may also be offered in some markets. The phone will have up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The battery will be 5000 mAh, but charging will now be faster: 60 W wired and 25 W wireless (Qi2.2 standard). A magnetic charging module is also provided, making charging more efficient.
