Vivo has finally released official renders and camera samples of its upcoming X300 series, giving us a first look at the phones' design and camera capabilities. For some time, the company has been sharing teasers about the display, camera, and other features, but now they have revealed the full look.
First, regarding the design, both the X300 and X300 Pro phones will feature a completely flat design this time around—the back, front, and middle frame all feature flat surfaces and smoother edges. The edges have been rounded more than the previous generation for improved hand feel.
The rear camera module features a larger circular housing, while the flash is placed outside it in the top-left corner. The camera bump on the X300 Pro is slightly larger due to the inclusion of a periscope telephoto lens.
Han Boxiao, the company's product manager, also shared new camera samples of the X300 series. According to him, the X300's 200MP 23mm main camera not only delivers high-resolution photos but also delivers more natural and attractive results in portrait mode. The X300 Pro features a 200MP APO telephoto lens (85mm) that enhances depth and detail in portrait photos.
Han explained that portrait photography has always been a hallmark of Vivo, and this time the company has collaborated with Zeiss to redefine the "Zeiss Natural Portrait" experience. The focus is not just on sharpness but on capturing natural skin tones, smooth light-shadow transitions, and the true beauty of faces.
The launch of the Vivo X300 series doesn't seem far off, and these renders and samples clearly demonstrate the company's focus on design elegance and advanced portrait imaging.
