iQOO 15: The biggest display investment ever and a generational leap

iQOO 15 The biggest display investment ever

iQOO is in a lot of discussion about its next flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15. This time the company did not start with the processor or camera of the phone but has drawn attention directly to the display.

According to iQOO’s product manager, the company has made its biggest-ever investment in a screen—possibly the largest in the entire industry.

Display and design

Leaks about the iQOO 15 reveal that it will feature Samsung's top-tier 2K panel, designed for e-sports-level performance. The company claims this screen will deliver a visual experience unlike any other flagship.

Along with this, independent graphics hardware will also be provided in it, which will make the gaming and video experience even better.

Performance and battery

The phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (8 Elite 2/SM8850) chipset. Storage options have been revealed to have 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. Talking about the battery, it is expected to get a 7000 mAh class battery, which will get 100 W fast charging support. That is, long backup and fast charging—both will be available together.

Camera setup

iQOO 15 can see a dual 50MP camera system. It will include a 50MP main sensor and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, which will make photography and zoom quality much better.

Launch and expectations

The company has decided to skip the iQOO 14 completely and introduce the iQOO 15 directly. This makes it clear that iQOO sees the phone not just as an upgrade, but as a generational leap. Although the price and launch date remain unannounced, the device is clearly positioned in the premium segment.
